About the role
PatioHome, a Lebanese sleep and bedding brand, is looking for an Operations Assistant to manage the day‑to‑day flow of orders, inventory, and deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Process and fulfill daily online orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
- Manage inventory levels, track incoming and outgoing goods, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Coordinate with delivery companies for bookings, pickups, tracking, and resolve delayed or failed deliveries.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and restocking procedures.
- Reconcile cash‑on‑delivery collections and courier delivery reports.
- Follow up with suppliers on incoming shipments and receiving.
- Maintain accurate daily order and inventory records.
- Report on stock levels, fulfillment, and delivery performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or e‑commerce fulfillment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Shopify (a plus).
