Operations Assistant – B2B Freight & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Assistant to manage our global B2B shipments. You will ensure that corporate clients receive the right packaging solutions on time, while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor end‑to‑end sea freight and air freight shipments.
• Track manufacturing and transit timelines to prevent delays and meet strict B2B deadlines.
• Serve as the primary contact for international suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Resolve customs, documentation, or transit issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate logistics logs, inventory updates, and freight documentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as an Operations Assistant or Logistics Coordinator handling sea and air freight.
• Proven experience in a B2B environment such as manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or industrial supply chains.
• Strong vendor management background with international carriers and forwarders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on lead‑time control.
• Fully independent remote worker with reliable setup and fluent English communication.
