Operations Assistant – B2B Freight & Logistics Specialist

About the role

Innovapack is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Assistant to manage global shipments for its B2B packaging clients. Working 100% remotely, you will ensure that goods move efficiently from point A to point B, meeting strict corporate deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Freight Management: coordinate and monitor end‑to‑end sea and air freight shipments.
• Lead Times Control: proactively track manufacturing and transit timelines to avoid delays.
• Vendor Management: serve as the primary contact for international suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Problem Solving: resolve customs, documentation, or transit bottlenecks quickly.
• Data Accuracy: maintain precise logistics logs, inventory updates, and freight documentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as an Operations Assistant or Logistics Coordinator handling both sea and air freight.
• Solid background in a B2B environment such as manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or industrial supply chains.
• Proven track record in vendor management and holding carriers accountable.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on tight lead times.
• Fully independent remote worker with reliable setup, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.
