About the role

We are seeking a charismatic On‑Camera Presenter to become the public face of our recruitment brand across social media, live events and networking opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives on camera, enjoys engaging diverse audiences and is eager to spread our mission through compelling video content.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short, direct‑to‑camera videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn that educate and engage viewers.
• Collaborate with a production team to conduct street‑style interviews around Beirut, capturing authentic stories.
• Star in promotional ad campaigns that reach hundreds of thousands of viewers.
• Host live webinars and virtual sessions, delivering clear and persuasive presentations to large audiences.
• Act as brand ambassador at career fairs, networking events, expos and on social platforms.
• Participate in photoshoots and create high‑quality imagery for marketing collateral.
• Engage with community members, understand their needs and provide tailored information.
• Travel across the Gulf to represent the company internationally and generate new audience interest.
• Publish content on both company pages and personal profiles to maximize reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating direct‑to‑camera video content with measurable engagement growth.
• Background in recruitment or business is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong public‑speaking background, including hosting events and webinars.
• Exceptional communication confidence, charismatic presence and ability to build rapid rapport.
• Adaptable, logical and linguistically skilled with quick memorization of scripts.
