On-site Video Editor

About the role

Locals Real Estate is seeking a creative on-site Video Editor to produce high‑quality video content that supports marketing, property showcases, and corporate communications. You will work closely with the marketing and investment teams to turn raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with the company’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and edit raw footage, selecting the best shots for each project.
• Trim, sequence, and add transitions, effects, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Perform color correction and grading to ensure consistent visual aesthetics.
• Create titles, overlays, and other graphic elements that reinforce branding.
• Prepare final videos optimized for various digital platforms (social media, website, presentations).
• Manage media assets, maintain organized libraries, and adhere to project timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and investment teams to understand objectives and deliver content that meets quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong background in video production and editing with an eye for detail.
• Experience in video color grading and motion graphics.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for an on‑site environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field.
• Prior experience creating real‑estate or commercial content is a plus.
