On-site Translator & Visa Application Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an On‑site Translator & Visa Application Assistant to join our team at Saliba Consultancy SARL in Jdaidet El Matn. The role combines high‑quality translation with end‑to‑end support for clients applying for visas, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate written and verbal translation between Arabic, English and French for clients, internal teams and external institutions.
• Guide applicants through visa requirements, complete and review application forms, and assemble supporting documents.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling with embassies or consulates and track the status of each application.
• Maintain detailed records, update databases, and proactively follow up on missing information.
• Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone or email while respecting confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a professional, client‑focused visa service.

Required profile

• Strong translation and interpretation skills in Arabic, English and French.
• Experience with visa or immigration procedures and documentation.
• Excellent administrative, organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with clear communication skills.
• Problem‑solving, time‑management and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Relevant education in languages, translation, international relations or business administration.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email management.
• Online form platforms used by consulates and visa centres.
