Office 365 Support Engineer

About the role

Murex is seeking an Office 365 Support Engineer to manage and support its Microsoft Collaboration infrastructure. You will work within the operations team, ensuring the platform’s performance, availability, and compliance with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and upgrade Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, Office 365, archiving solutions, SQL, Certificate Authority and ADFS.
• Provide advanced incident analysis and troubleshooting for Microsoft systems.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine administration tasks.
• Deliver end‑user and IT‑team support according to agreed SLA response and resolution times.
• Provide on‑call night support one week per month and weekend support twice per month.
• Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions and resolve alerts.
• Participate in infrastructure discussions, presentations and upgrade planning.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience with Active Directory, DNS and Office 365 in a Windows Server environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
• Fluent in English and French with good communication skills.
