Ocean & Air Import/Export Specialist (Remote – Lebanon)

About the role

Trans‑Pro Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Ocean & Air Import/Export Specialist to join its fully remote team based in Lebanon. You will manage end‑to‑end ocean (FCL/LCL) and air shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across global trade lanes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑cycle ocean and air import/export shipments, from booking to delivery.
• Secure cargo bookings, track shipments, and provide real‑time updates to internal teams and clients.
• Prepare, review, and validate shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements; liaise with brokers for clearance.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and agents, delivering proactive communication.
• Review freight invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with global operations teams and external partners to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in freight forwarding with exposure to both ocean and air operations.
• Strong relationships with carriers, steamship lines, and logistics providers.
• Solid knowledge of Incoterms and international import/export processes.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
