About the role

The NOC Front Office Engineer ensures high network availability by monitoring alarms, handling incidents, and supporting operational staff. This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in telecom network operations.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and respond to alarms from multiple platforms.
Perform Level‑1 troubleshooting on alarm faults and network outages.
Diagnose, document, and report network outages, producing daily, shift, and outage reports.
Manage access requests and support O&M personnel.
Analyze operational data and suggest cost‑saving measures.
Handle case management, including follow‑up, resolution, escalation, and feedback.
Schedule and book work orders, and respond to customer email requests.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power or Telecom Engineering.
0–2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

Network monitoring and alarm handling.
Level‑1 troubleshooting of network faults.
Access management.
Data analysis for cost‑optimization.
Report generation (daily, shift, outage).
