ML/AI Engineer – Next‑Gen AI Products

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a mid‑to‑senior ML/AI Engineer to help build Qmatic’s next generation of AI‑driven products. This hands‑on role focuses on designing, training, evaluating and shipping machine‑learning and LLM‑based features such as forecasting, recommendations and self‑service flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate and ship ML models (forecasting, classification, recommendation) that power predictive features across products.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into product workflows – chat, automation, personalization and end‑to‑end task completion.
• Build, maintain and debug data and feature pipelines across a medallion architecture.
• Participate in client demos, product launches and requirement discussions, translating technical trade‑offs into plain language.
• Write clean, well‑tested code, define architecture patterns and support production issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping ML or AI systems in production.
• Strong applied ML experience across the full lifecycle with ability to compare models against baselines.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in customer‑facing settings.
• Fluent written and spoken English, reliable and deadline‑driven.

Required skills

• Python and open‑source ML ecosystem (scikit‑learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, statsmodels).
• SQL and API design.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/LLM production features (RAG pipelines, vector databases, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and medallion data pipelines.
• Version control (Git) and active GitHub portfolio.
