Mid‑Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – Data‑Focused

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Full‑Stack Engineer who will own the data‑heavy side of a HIPAA‑grade health‑tech platform. Working directly with the CTO on a small, senior AI‑augmented team, you will help shape the future data‑engineering function while contributing to full‑stack features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage data migration and ETL pipelines to consolidate legacy systems into PostgreSQL.
• Build pricing, analytics and reporting features together with the underlying data pipelines.
• Ensure data integrity and performance across a rapidly growing dataset.
• Develop and maintain full‑stack features using Node.js/Express and React.
• Review and guide AI‑generated code (Claude Code) with strong technical judgment.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of full‑stack development experience with solid Node.js and PostgreSQL expertise.
• Proven experience building data pipelines or ETL processes.
• Competent in React and comfortable ensuring data correctness in high‑volume systems.
• Fluent English and ability to work remotely with overlap of 5 PM–1 AM Lebanon time.

• $4,000 USD base salary per month, paid in fresh USD.
