Mid to Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Poyesis, a Paris‑based web and mobile development agency, is expanding its engineering team in Beirut. We are looking for a Mid to Senior Full Stack Developer to design and deliver end‑to‑end features across web, mobile and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable features for client projects.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and clients to define product requirements.
• Prioritize features to maximise business impact and ensure timely delivery.
• Improve engineering practices such as CI/CD, reusable components and documentation.
• Maintain code quality, testing, performance, security and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a technical reference and define best practices on projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in web and mobile development.
• Strong object‑oriented programming fundamentals, preferably with JavaScript.
• Experience delivering complex, production‑ready applications.
• Comfortable working with Git, code reviews, debugging and production releases.
• English required; French a plus.
