Meta Ads Specialist – Creative Production

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Meta Ads Specialist to combat creative fatigue for our construction‑industry clients. You will work remotely, logging into client ad accounts daily, identifying under‑performing creatives, and producing fresh, high‑performing assets using client‑provided media.

Key responsibilities

• Produce new ad creatives each day – edit videos, photos, create collages, and leverage AI tools.
• Monitor ad performance to spot creative fatigue and prioritize accounts needing fresh assets.
• Upload new creatives to Meta ad accounts and maintain a backed‑up library of ready‑to‑launch assets.
• Assist with GoHighLevel CRM tasks, including funnels, landing pages, and lead‑nurturing workflows (training provided).
• Communicate daily with the internal team to report updates, flag fatigue, and coordinate creative needs.

Required profile

• Strong command of Meta’s advertising platform and ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Proven experience creating and editing visual content for ads.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level) and ability to work fully in English.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to meet daily production targets.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $5.75 – $8.50 (approximately $1,000 – $1,500 per month)
• Full‑time remote position with a Monday‑Friday schedule (11 AM‑7 PM MT)
