Meta Ads Specialist – Creative Production & Fatigue Management

About the role

The client is a performance‑driven digital marketing agency that generates high‑quality leads for construction businesses through Meta advertising. As a Meta Ads Specialist you will combat creative fatigue by producing fresh, high‑performing ad creatives daily.

Key responsibilities

• Produce new ad creatives each day using client‑provided photos and videos – edit videos, edit photos, create collages, and leverage AI tools.
• Monitor client ad accounts for signs of creative fatigue, prioritize accounts needing fresh assets, and upload new creatives.
• Maintain a backed‑up library of ready‑to‑launch creatives for every client.
• Assist with funnels, landing pages, and lead‑nurturing workflows in GoHighLevel as you grow into the role.
• Communicate daily with the internal team to report updates, flag fatigue, and coordinate creative needs.

Required profile

• Strong command of Meta’s advertising platform and ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Proven experience in video and photo editing, collage creation, and using AI‑based creative tools.
• Ability to work independently, meet daily production targets, and maintain organized backups.
