Meta Ads Specialist – Creative Production & Fatigue Management

About the role

The client is a performance‑driven marketing agency that generates high‑quality leads for construction businesses through Meta (Facebook) advertising. As a Meta Ads Specialist you will combat creative fatigue by producing fresh, high‑performing ad creatives daily and ensuring client accounts always have ready‑to‑launch assets.

Key responsibilities

• Produce new ad creatives each day using client‑provided photos and videos – edit videos, edit photos, create collages, and leverage AI tools.
• Monitor ad accounts for creative fatigue, analyze performance data, and prioritize accounts needing fresh assets.
• Upload new creatives to each account and maintain a backed‑up library of ready‑to‑launch assets.
• Assist with funnels, landing pages, and lead‑nurturing workflows in GoHighLevel (training provided if needed).
• Communicate daily with the internal team to report updates, flag fatigue, and coordinate creative needs.

Required profile

• C1 English proficiency – all communication must be in English during the shift.
• Proactive, creative‑mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 11:00 AM‑7:00 PM Mountain Time.

• Expertise with Meta’s advertising platform (campaign setup, metrics analysis, creative performance).
• Video editing.
• Photo editing.
• Collage creation.
• AI‑based creative generation tools.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (CRM and landing‑page builder) – a plus.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $5.75 – $8.50 (equivalent to $1,000 – $1,500 per month).
