Meta Ads Specialist – Creative Production & Campaign Management

About the role

The client is a performance‑driven digital marketing agency that generates high‑quality leads for construction businesses through Meta advertising. They are seeking a proactive Meta Ads Specialist to combat creative fatigue, produce fresh ad assets, and keep client campaigns performing at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Produce new ad creatives daily using client‑provided photos and videos – edit videos, edit photos, create collages, and leverage AI tools for fresh assets.
• Monitor client ad accounts each day, analyze performance data, and identify creatives that are losing effectiveness.
• Upload new creatives to the appropriate Meta ad accounts and maintain a backed‑up library of ready‑to‑launch assets.
• Assist with GoHighLevel CRM tasks, including funnel setup, landing‑page creation, and lead‑nurturing workflows (training provided).
• Communicate daily with the internal team to report updates, flag fatigue, and coordinate creative needs.

Required profile

• Fluent C1‑level English; must speak English throughout the shift.
• Strong understanding of Meta’s advertising platform, campaign structure, and performance metrics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate high‑performing visual assets quickly.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones.

What we offer
