Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Medi Drug International (MDI) SAL. is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to expand its presence in the Lebanese market. You will act as the primary link between our distribution network and healthcare professionals, promoting our pharmaceutical and consumer health products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with doctors, GPs, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and qualitative objectives set by the manager.
• Visit healthcare providers to present the brand, deliver medical detailing, and provide technical documentation.
• Organise and lead appointments, roundtables, conferences, and events for medical professionals.
• Monitor sell‑out data, stock levels, and competitor activity to propose corrective action plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and introduce the brand to new accounts.
• Represent the brand at professional medical events to raise awareness and recruit new customers.
• Maintain detailed records of contacts, plan work schedules, and attend internal meetings and technical briefings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a medical or pharmaceutical sales representative.
• Strong medical knowledge combined with commercial acumen.
• Ability to work independently in a defined geographic area and travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for one‑to‑one and group settings.
