Medical Sales Representative – Bekaa Region

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Medical Sales Representative to cover the Bekaa region. The role involves promoting our pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals and other healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and present the company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers across the Bekaa region.
• Conduct daily visits according to the assigned territory and visit plan, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Present product information clearly and professionally, answering customer questions and addressing concerns.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and gather customer feedback to inform strategies.
• Follow up on product availability, ensuring effective product coverage within the territory.
• Prepare and submit regular visit, sales and territory reports, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medical Sciences, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical/medical sales (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Good reporting and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driving licence and knowledge of the Bekaa market (advantage).
