About the role
We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical portfolio across South, North, East and Beirut. You will work directly with doctors and pharmacies, building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Promote company’s pharmaceutical products by visiting doctors and pharmacies in assigned territories.
- Prepare monthly work schedules, routing plans, and sales calls.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Support the launch of new products and follow up on existing items.
- Present the brand portfolio accurately and eloquently to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular surveys and market inquiries to understand customer needs.
- Research competitor products and market performance.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the sales manager.
Required profile
- Extremely detail‑oriented with strong time and territory management.
- Initiative‑taker, motivated, target‑oriented and hard‑working.
- Proven sales capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Presentable, assertive, confident and committed to excellent customer service.
- Strong selling, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team‑spirit and ability to achieve sales goals.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
