Media Manager – MENA

About the role

The Media Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to drive brand growth and audience engagement in the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target audiences and determine the optimal media mix across digital, print, TV, radio and social channels.
• Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of large‑scale media campaigns, managing budgets and coordinating in‑house buying and external agencies.
• Monitor real‑time performance data, adjust strategies to maximise effectiveness and present results to senior stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance to the media team, coach junior members and foster innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of client‑facing campaign management experience, with a proven track record of delivering cross‑media plans.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with trading, social, web analytics, paid search and SEO teams and to coach junior colleagues.
