Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Media Manager to lead day‑to‑day media planning and campaign delivery for key client accounts. The role combines strategic thinking, cross‑channel expertise and analytical rigor to turn business objectives into measurable media plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead media planning across digital, social, OOH and TV channels, aligning budgets, audience strategies and brand goals.
• Develop annual and quarterly media plans, defining channel mix, KPI frameworks and full‑funnel strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, from briefing and activation to optimisation and reporting.
• Monitor pacing, delivery and performance to ensure campaigns meet quality standards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative, performance, analytics and strategy teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
• Analyse campaign data and research sources to generate insights for future planning.
• Prepare and present media plans, rationales and performance reports to clients.
• Supervise junior planners, fostering their development and ensuring operational excellence.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in media planning and campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of cross‑channel media, including digital, social, OOH and TV.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑management capabilities.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
