Media Manager – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

Wavemaker is looking for a Media Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Based in Beirut, the role will drive brand growth, audience engagement and revenue by managing large‑scale budgets and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target audiences and define the optimal media mix (digital, print, TV, radio, social) to achieve campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align media strategies with product launches, brand campaigns and promotional events.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of media campaigns, ensuring timely deployment across all channels.
• Manage in‑house media buying and coordinate with external agencies to guarantee flawless delivery.
• Monitor real‑time performance data, adjust plans and optimize budget utilization.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve media plans and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
• Present results and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the media team, fostering innovation and alignment with business goals.
