Media Manager – Beirut

About the role

The Media Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, driving brand growth, audience engagement and revenue for Mindshare in Beirut.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target audiences and determine the optimal media mix (digital, print, TV, OOH, radio, social).
• Develop media strategies aligned with broader business goals, including product launches and brand campaigns.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of large‑scale media campaigns, ensuring timely deployment across all channels.
• Manage in‑house media buying and coordinate with external agencies to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor real‑time performance data, adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness and optimize budget utilization.
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the media team, fostering innovation and alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑channel media campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Experience handling large media budgets.
• Collaborative approach with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Based in Beirut.
