Media Buyer – Performance Marketing

About the role

Skin Society is seeking a data‑driven Media Buyer to own the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. You will be instrumental in acquiring new customers, boosting online sales, and accelerating brand growth through performance‑focused marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, optimise and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions) and continuously improve performance.
• Design and run A/B tests to identify high‑performing creative and targeting strategies.
• Track campaign data using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
• Prepare regular performance reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and broader marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and e‑commerce dynamics.
• Proven ability to analyse data, communicate findings and organise multiple campaigns.
• Experience in the beauty, retail or consumer‑brand sector is a plus.
