Media Buyer – Facebook Ads Specialist for Attorney Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Media Buyer who specializes in paid advertising for attorneys and law firms. The ideal candidate understands legal marketing compliance, lead quality, and can build full lead‑generation systems that turn clicks into booked consultations and signed cases.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook) and Google ad campaigns for law firms.
• Develop targeting strategies based on case type (e.g., personal injury, medical malpractice).
• Write high‑converting, compliance‑compliant legal ad copy.
• Collaborate with the creative team on visuals, hooks, and messaging.
• Design and optimize funnels and landing pages, preferably using GoHighLevel.
• Track and improve CPL, CTR, CPC, lead quality, and booked‑consult rates.
• Set up and manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and weekly performance reports.
• Conduct competitor and market research in the legal space.
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel automations (SMS, email, pipelines, tags, triggers, workflows).
• Ensure rapid lead response systems and monitor lead quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience running ads for attorneys or law firms.
• Strong, non‑negotiable experience with GoHighLevel for funnels and CRM workflows.
• Deep understanding of legal lead generation and compliance standards.
• Ability to write persuasive, direct‑response copy for legal services.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of managing campaigns independently.
