Marketing/Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing/Graphic Designer to join our team in Sin El Fil. The role combines visual design, digital marketing, and e‑commerce operations to strengthen our online presence and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media, website banners, email campaigns, ads, and landing pages.
• Manage day‑to‑day Shopify e‑commerce operations, including product updates, merchandising, and fulfillment coordination.
• Support performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and retargeting platforms.
• Create and manage email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns and automated flows.
• Maintain and optimise the product catalog, including visuals, SEO and promotional updates.
• Coordinate social media and influencer campaigns, ensuring brand‑consistent visuals.
• Support SEO and content marketing initiatives with engaging creative assets.
• Track campaign performance, analyse KPIs and prepare reports.
• Assist with CRO initiatives, optimising layouts, visuals and messaging.

Required profile

• Proven graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and e‑commerce best practices.
• Experience managing Shopify stores.
• Ability to create on‑brand, conversion‑focused visuals.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with photo/video shoots and content creation is a plus.
