About the role
Dar Al Hadaek is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist with a strong presence and hands‑on experience in social media, content creation, and event marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence.
- Create engaging content for posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Develop creative marketing ideas to promote our books and new releases.
- Promote our books to readers, schools, libraries, and potential partners.
- Attend and actively participate in book fairs, launches, school events, and other activities.
- Represent the publishing house confidently and professionally at events.
- Capture and coordinate content during events and activities.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns and help increase brand visibility.
Required profile
- Experience in marketing and social media management.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and full of fresh ideas.
- Confident personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable meeting people, networking, and representing the company at events.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital content trends.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
- Interest in books, children’s content, education, or publishing is a plus.
