Marketing Specialist – Meta & Google Ads Expert

About the role

AMZ Digital Agency is seeking a full‑time Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta and Google advertising. The role is remote and focuses on planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and measurable ROI for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across search, display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Conduct market, competitor, audience, and keyword research to inform strategy.
• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, and videographers to produce ad assets.
• Monitor performance, generate weekly and monthly reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support social‑media management, promotional initiatives, and e‑commerce marketing activities.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and high‑quality service.
• Assist with lead generation, sales support, and basic business‑development tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of targeting, conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, remarketing, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Shopify and e‑commerce marketing.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in a digital agency or Middle‑East market is a plus.
