Marketing & Operations Manager

About the role

Base Agency is looking for a proactive Marketing & Operations Manager to drive digital marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. The role blends strategic campaign execution with operational oversight in a fast‑paced creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate content planning, campaign execution, and brand communication.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency in all client and agency communications.
• Manage daily operational workflows, project timelines, and team follow‑ups.
• Organise meetings, schedules, and internal planning processes.
• Support leadership in improving operational efficiency and workflow organization.
• Handle calendars, appointments, confidential information, and anticipate operational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, operations management, account management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and solve problems proactively.
• Experience in an agency environment is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with project management tools.
