Marketing Manager

About the role

Nabat Organic, a leading producer of certified‑organic foods in the Levant, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to own and execute its end‑to‑end marketing strategy. Reporting to senior management, you will translate the company’s growth objectives into a clear, actionable plan across brand, trade, and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and budget, ensuring alignment with commercial targets.
• Maintain brand architecture, positioning, and visual identity across packaging, retail, and digital touch‑points.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning for new product launches and coordinate trade & shopper marketing initiatives with the sales team.
• Grow the direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce channel, managing the online store, loyalty program, performance marketing, and CRM.
• Oversee social media, content creation, and the brand’s always‑on digital presence, working with agencies and freelancers.
• Analyze sales, retail, and digital data to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct consumer and market research to inform brand, pricing, and expansion decisions.
• Build and develop the marketing team, hiring and structuring as the function scales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a leading FMCG company.
• Proven track record of owning a brand or category, launching products and delivering commercial results.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Based in Lebanon, office located in Beirut.
