Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function of a growing food & beverage business. The role will shape the brand, drive customer engagement and support commercial growth across restaurant, catering, delivery and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and calendar.
• Strengthen brand positioning for consumer and corporate audiences.
• Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, events, CRM and offline channels.
• Manage social media strategy, content planning and execution.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, photographers and content creators.
• Create campaigns around seasonal occasions, product launches, menus and catering opportunities.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support sales and catering teams with marketing materials, presentations and lead‑generation activities.
• Develop corporate partnerships and cross‑promotional opportunities.
• Oversee digital advertising, monitor performance and manage influencer, PR and brand collaborations.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Develop CRM, database and customer‑retention programmes.
• Track marketing KPIs, campaign ROI and customer engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience in food & beverage, catering, hospitality or hotel environments.
• Previous role as Marketing Manager or senior Assistant Marketing Manager.
• Strong understanding of consumer marketing and F&B customer behaviour.
• Commercial mindset with ability to link marketing activities to revenue growth.
• Experience managing external agencies, suppliers or creative partners.
• Excellent project‑management, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
