Marketing Manager – Fashion Retail (Gabon)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Marketing Manager to shape and execute the marketing strategy for our fashion retail business in Gabon. You will lead brand‑building initiatives, drive store traffic, and support sustainable sales growth across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Design integrated campaigns to increase store traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all stores and communication channels.
• Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials and brand communications.
• Plan and execute digital strategies, online advertising, influencer partnerships, and content initiatives.
• Monitor performance with analytics and optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate in‑store activations, visual merchandising, and customer loyalty programs.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, shopping centres, and strategic partners.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and manage external agencies.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and measure marketing ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional marketing certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion retail.
