Marketing Lead

About the role

Disrupt Mena is seeking a Marketing Lead to boost brand visibility and drive growth across regional and global markets. Based in Beirut, this full‑time, on‑site position will shape integrated marketing strategies that resonate with startups, investors, and ecosystem partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital and offline) aligned with the company’s mission.
• Conduct market research, analyze performance data, and refine initiatives to maximize engagement.
• Coordinate with sales, community, events, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and relationships with external agencies and vendors.
• Monitor industry trends, identify outreach opportunities, and report results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to engage startups, investors, and partners.
• Experience in market research, audience analysis, and competitive landscape assessment.
• Proven track record in designing and executing lead‑generation and conversion campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
