Marketing Lead (Account‑Based Marketing)

About the role

Blitz Rebar is looking for a Marketing Lead to own and execute its end‑to‑end B2B marketing strategy. You will take over a fully documented marketing system and drive the first high‑impact account‑based campaign targeting GCC rebar and PT fabricators.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Blitz’s marketing function, executing and continuously improving the existing strategy, brand voice, and channel playbooks.
• Lead the GCC fabricator campaign: manage the named‑account list, design outreach sequences, coordinate free‑sample delivery, and track leads through the pipeline.
• Design and produce all client‑facing touchpoints – outreach emails, proposals, sample deliveries, order confirmations, status updates, invoices, and sales collateral – ensuring a high‑quality brand experience.
• Measure performance against pipeline and client acquisition metrics, not just impressions.
• Collaborate with the founder and sales team to refine the go‑to‑market motion and expand the account base.

Required profile

• Desire to own an entire function rather than a fragment of a funnel.
• Exceptional written communication able to resonate with Gulf‑region procurement and engineering leaders.
• Comfortable being measured on qualified pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong understanding of quality‑led, account‑based marketing where every touchpoint reflects the product’s standards.
• Willingness to follow existing playbooks while challenging them when improvement opportunities arise.
