Marketing Executive

About the role

SuperHeated Neurons, a leading board‑game publisher and distributor in the Arab world, is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive brand growth across the Levant and GCC markets. The role will own end‑to‑end marketing initiatives, from strategy and budgeting to execution, performance tracking and reporting, supporting both B2B and B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the social‑media calendar and content across all platforms.
• Design, launch and manage marketing campaigns, optimizing budgets and finding low‑cost ways to maximise impact online and offline.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google; Amazon Ads experience is a plus.
• Lead PR and event‑related marketing, coordinating online PR opportunities and offline activations.
• Plan and run influencer and creator campaigns, from outreach to performance tracking.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels, adhering to visual identity and tone of voice.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
• Apply deep knowledge of board‑games to market products authentically and effectively.

Required profile

• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• 4‑6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience working across multiple markets is a plus.
