Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our creative, digital marketing, e‑commerce, and customer service activities. The role will help grow our online presence, maintain our Shopify store, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media, website banners, email campaigns, ads, and landing pages.
• Manage day‑to‑day Shopify operations, including product updates, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment coordination.
• Take regular product photos, edit them as needed, and upload them to the Shopify website.
• Maintain and update the product catalog, including images, descriptions, and SEO.
• Support performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and retargeting platforms.
• Create and manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns and automated flows.
• Support social media, influencer, SEO, and content marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and assist with CRO initiatives.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone, provide basic assistance, and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer requests and issues are properly communicated and followed up.

Required profile

• Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and e‑commerce best practices.
• Experience managing Shopify stores.
• Ability to create on‑brand, conversion‑focused visuals.
• Basic product photography skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
