Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the brand’s presence across schools, healthcare facilities and public venues throughout the Bekaa region of Lebanon. This field‑focused role combines product sampling, market research and event support to drive consumer engagement and gather actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing activations within schools and educational programs.
• Organise and distribute product samples and promotional materials in hospitals, clinics and community locations.
• Conduct door‑to‑door product sampling campaigns according to approved marketing plans.
• Perform market research and consumer surveys across hospitals, clinics, supermarkets and residential areas.
• Facilitate product testing initiatives, collect customer feedback and report findings to the marketing team.
• Gather and document customer feedback and complaints from the field, ensuring timely communication to relevant teams.
• Support brand promotion activities at exhibitions, festivals, events, beaches and other public venues.
• Coordinate delivery of prizes and giveaways for online contests, promotional campaigns and special events.
• Maintain and update market data, including area coverage statistics for schools, pharmacies, supermarkets and other outlets.
• Conduct mystery‑shopping activities to monitor promotional execution and ensure compliance with merchandising and sales standards.
• Assist with additional marketing and field activation projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, field marketing or customer engagement is a plus.
• Resident of the Bekaa region in Lebanon.
• Own a car for field activities.
