Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Union Healthcare Partners is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support its commercial and medical teams. The role focuses on the operational execution of field activities, events, and promotional initiatives across the pharmaceutical and healthcare spectrum.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of commercial and medical events, including congresses, business dinners, expert meetings, and promotional activities.
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, venue bookings, sponsorship documentation, and activity timelines.
• Prepare and submit promotional and medical materials while maintaining approval trackers, activity calendars, and compliance records.
• Support HCP sponsorships, speaker agreements, congress participation, and Medical Affairs activities.
• Collaborate with external agencies on campaign execution, creative approvals, and promotional material production.
• Track activity budgets, prepare monthly reports, and monitor project status.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Commercial, Medical, Compliance, external agencies, and event suppliers.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, commercial support, event coordination, or administrative roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance requirements, promotional approval processes, and ethical promotion standards.
• Strong project coordination and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
