Marketing Coordinator – Growth

About the role

GrowthHNZ is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a strong focus on growth. The role combines strategic oversight of the marketing function with hands‑on execution of CRM and customer‑lifecycle initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy across HNZ Holding.
• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns, content, and growth initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate the marketing team, including content creators, designers and social media specialists.
• Own the CRM and customer‑lifecycle strategy, managing segmentation, automated journeys, and loyalty programmes.
• Design, monitor and refine acquisition, conversion and retention funnels.
• Run CRM campaigns, automation flows, push notifications, email and SMS communications.
• Analyse customer behaviour and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report on key KPIs such as acquisition, activation, conversion, churn and engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Tech and Management to align marketing initiatives with overall priorities.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in marketing, growth marketing, CRM or customer‑lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience managing CRM platforms and running automated customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of growth funnels, acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and churn strategies.
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience coordinating multiple marketing functions and brands simultaneously.
