Marketing Associate

About the role

SCOPSIS is seeking a Marketing Associate to support its Marketing & Growth team. You will help execute day‑to‑day marketing activities across digital channels, ensuring smooth rollout of campaigns for a B2B tech audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media calendars and coordinate content creation, scheduling, and posting on LinkedIn, Meta, X, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams to brainstorm and produce posts, videos, campaigns, and brand visuals.
• Assist in creating and distributing monthly newsletters and announcement campaigns, from content drafting to performance monitoring.
• Update website content, support SEO tasks such as keyword updates and metadata reviews.
• Support planning, promotion, and follow‑up for webinars, events, and related campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to internal communication assets.
• Work closely with the Head of Strategy & Growth to align on objectives and deliver consistent messaging.
• Track basic engagement metrics and compile reports to identify improvement areas.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of brand aesthetics.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media; agency or technology industry experience is a plus.
