Marketing Account Manager

About the role

AIDIBI Group is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to lead day‑to‑day marketing activities for a diverse portfolio of brands across multiple industries. The role requires strong organization, creativity, and the ability to coordinate projects across internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing activities and develop monthly content calendars for assigned brands.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative and content briefs and coordinate with designers, content creators, and external suppliers.
• Oversee project timelines, approvals, feedback, and revisions to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and offline channels and monitor social media and campaign performance.
• Conduct market, competitor and trend research and assist in preparing monthly reports and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, marketing or brand management, preferably in an agency or multi‑brand environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
• Fluent in English and Arabic and able to work full‑time on‑site in Lebanon.

Required skills

• Understanding of social media, content marketing, branding and digital marketing.
