Marketing Account Manager

About the role

The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for the overall success and growth of assigned client accounts. This role acts as a strategic advisor, ensuring that client business objectives are aligned with delivery and growth initiatives. You will manage relationships, oversee project delivery, and identify opportunities for expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day client relationships as the primary point of contact and build trusted partnerships.
• Define, own, and continuously refine the overall account strategy, translating client objectives into clear plans.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell possibilities, and propose new initiatives aligned with client goals.
• Oversee multiple accounts and projects, ensuring realistic timelines, proper scoping, and resource alignment.
• Lead project kick‑offs, monitor progress, and resolve risks or bottlenecks early.
• Coordinate internal teams (creative, content, strategy, traffic) and ensure clear communication of client briefs.
• Maintain quality standards, enforce internal approvals, and support continuous improvement.
• Track account performance, prepare monthly analytics reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven agency experience with a focus on organic social media management.
• Strong client‑facing skills, able to manage expectations and resolve issues professionally.
