Manager of Revenue Diversification

About the role

The Manager of Revenue Diversification will lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of non‑tuition revenue opportunities for a university. This role enhances financial resilience by turning underutilized assets, market gaps, and partnership ideas into viable revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Systematically scan university services, assets, and partnerships to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Assess each opportunity for strategic fit, financial viability, implementation complexity, and operational feasibility.
• Prepare concept notes, business cases, and preliminary financial models, including cost estimates, pricing logic, revenue projections, and risk assessments.
• Recommend sequencing, piloting, scaling, or discontinuation of initiatives based on evidence and readiness.
• Coordinate with centers and administrative offices to support implementation and monitor performance, flag bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions.
• Directly manage the Copy Center and Sports Facilities, overseeing daily operations, service quality, staffing, and revenue performance.
• Co‑manage other non‑tuition revenue centers, ensuring alignment, financial accountability, and target achievement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, commercial strategy, revenue generation, or growth‑oriented consulting.
• Strong analytical ability, financial modelling, and business structuring skills.
• Proven capability to translate concepts into disciplined, implementable business proposals and action plans.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder presentation, and performance reporting capabilities.
