Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Technician to support our Maintenance Expert in keeping CNC machines and other production equipment running smoothly. You will assist with both preventive and corrective tasks, work closely with operators, and help minimise downtime across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all machines and equipment.
• Support the Maintenance Expert in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct daily and weekly basic checks of machines in coordination with operators.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document completed tasks.
• Report any machine malfunctions or abnormalities immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety around machines.
• Clean spare parts during maintenance and secure proper tools for each job.
• Help manage tools, spare parts, and supplies inventory.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Participate in training to improve technical knowledge and skills.

Required profile

• Vocational or technical degree in Mechanics (TS Degree) or equivalent.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
