Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the factory’s maintenance operations, ensuring equipment, machinery and facilities run smoothly. You will lead a team of technicians, develop preventive and corrective strategies, and minimise downtime to keep production on track.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Supervise, train and guide the maintenance team to ensure high performance.
• Monitor machine performance, identify technical issues and resolve them quickly.
• Manage spare parts inventory and secure critical components when needed.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to minimise workflow disruptions.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, reports and performance metrics.
• Work with external vendors and service providers for specialised repairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/factory maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance best practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
