Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Maintenance Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day coordination and administration of facility maintenance activities for Toters Fresh warehouses. You will act as the main point of contact for maintenance requests, schedule technicians and contractors, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance requests across Toters Fresh warehouses, ensuring timely response.
• Assign preventive and corrective tasks to handymen, technicians, and external contractors.
• Schedule preventive maintenance activities and service visits according to management plans.
• Work with warehouse operations teams to minimise disruption during maintenance work.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment warranties, and service contracts.
• Collect and organise quotations, invoices and supporting documentation.
• Track maintenance expenses against approved budgets and assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Follow up with suppliers and service providers regarding quotations, invoices, payments and outstanding work.
• Monitor recurring maintenance issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Prepare basic maintenance reports and trackers.
• Support procurement of maintenance materials, tools and spare parts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in facility management, maintenance coordination or building operations.
• Basic understanding of accounting, invoices, quotations and expense tracking.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
