Logistics & Event Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics & Event Coordinator to support our Project Manager in planning, managing logistics and executing events from start to finish. The role requires strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in dynamic environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute events and projects effectively.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, hostesses and promoters to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain professional relationships.
• Supervise event setup, mantling and dismantling, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Provide on‑ground supervision during events, addressing challenges with creative solutions.
• Monitor market trends to keep the company competitive and innovative.
• Assist business development by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
• Prepare and manage event documentation, including schedules, contracts and supplier agreements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges in real time during events.

Required profile

• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Proven experience coordinating on‑site events with suppliers, clients and staff.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of managing supplier relationships.
• Hands‑on experience with event setup and dismantling processes.
• Knowledge of market trends and current practices in events and logistics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays during peak periods.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.
