About the role
We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to support our litigation and arbitration teams while gaining hands‑on experience in contract analysis across multiple legal systems. The role offers a blend of independent research and collaborative stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and managing litigation and arbitration files.
- Review and analyze contracts originating from diverse jurisdictions.
- Draft concise legal reports and memoranda.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters as required.
Required profile
- Law degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Professional demeanor and adherence to business dress code.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken, written, typed); French is a strong plus.
