Learning and Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning and Development Officer to support both local and global training initiatives. In this role you will coordinate programs, create engaging learning content, and help strengthen our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support social learning initiatives and develop engaging learning materials.
• Create and monitor employer‑branding content related to learning.
• Identify external training providers and assist with program delivery.
• Organise training schedules, logistics, communications and post‑training evaluations.
• Develop and update on‑the‑job and off‑the‑job training material for local and global markets.
• Deliver Train‑the‑Trainer and introductory sessions for implementation.
• Monitor training effectiveness through branch visits, attendance tracking and feedback collection.
• Coordinate off‑the‑job training programmes across markets and prepare related reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and support learning initiatives.
• High attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
