Lead Urban Planner & Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Urban Planner & Designer to head the delivery of medium to high‑complexity urban development and regeneration projects. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will shape graphic deliverables such as 3D visualisations, animations, maps and sketches that reflect planning and design principles while respecting natural, social and economic contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual design alternatives covering land‑use, transportation, morphology, road layout, parceling, green‑network, water‑sewage, power and telecom systems for medium‑complexity projects.
• Produce comparative analyses of design options, including impact reports and SWOT assessments, and refine selected alternatives.
• Lead the creation of detailed thematic maps (land‑use, road networks, density, green networks, pedestrian routes, building heights, etc.) and support site, natural‑environment and preliminary transportation analyses.
• Identify development constraints and opportunities, prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, and assist Project Managers in client workshops.
• Coordinate road design, traffic impact studies, and the integration of wet‑utilities, power and telecom networks with specialist teams.
• Collaborate on environmental impact studies, statistical, financial and feasibility analyses, and refine approved master plans.
• Guide the production of final 3D visualisations, animations and marketing material, and develop detailed development briefs at plot and zoning scale.

Required profile

• Experience leading urban planning and design projects of medium to high complexity.
• Strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design concepts to clients.
• Proficiency in preparing analytical reports, comparative studies and presentation materials.
